"The first time we saw The Ponds on Midway townhome development in Spring of 2007 we were very impressed and decided that this was where we wanted to be. Construction on our house began that fall and we became residents in October 2008. We like the location - somewhat secluded and rural, being "in the woods", and the proximity to I-35. Cloquet and Duluth are a convenient distance away. We appreciate the community of Esko - it's peaceful, quiet and friendly. We enjoy the "nature" -- the wildflowers, pine trees, a variety of birds, deer, rabbits and squirrels. We're comfortably at home here!"

"Having resided for many, many years in major metropolitan areas of Minnesota, Florida and Arizona, we finally decided we needed something with a more rural flavor. We investigated a variety of living situations before we found the ideal change of pace at The Ponds on Midway in Esko – country living with urban accessibility. We’re thoroughly enjoying a spacious, beautifully-appointed townhouse with an abundance of woods and wildlife close by – all this, and stores, banks, medical facilities and superb schools just minutes away.
We doubt if we’ll ever move again!"

“After looking at many townhomes developments in Duluth, we chose the Ponds on Midway in Esko for many reasons.
One reason is that we felt that we got a much nicer townhome for the money we spent. Our house is spacious, with high ceilings and large rooms and lots of storage space. We also love our large four-season room and back yard privacy.
We liked the idea that this is a small development, and the lots are larger and the homes are spaced farther apart than in the other developments. We also like the convenience to the surrounding area – Esko, Cloquet, West Duluth, Hermantown and the freeway.”
